Interface Integration for Mozilla Firefox
Interface Integration for Firefox
is done by a small plugin. Installation is a three step process.
First: You need to download
and install the following XPI:
Install: d3trmozff.xpi
Download: d3trmozff.xpi
Use install to install it directly. Or use download
to save it on your computer, than drag it into an open Firefox window.
It will prompt a security warning, you need to grant access. Firefox needs
to be restartet.
Second: Start 3d Traceroute,
switch to Settings Tab->more Settings and configure the Interface Integration
to work with Firefox.
Perhaps you need to redownload the Interface Integration files or update
your 3d Traceroute PRO executable.
Third: After installing the
plugin the 3d Traceroute icon might not be shown on your Firefox toolbar.
If this happens click with the right mouse button on the toolbar (choose an
icon to click on). A popup menu will show up, select "Custumize"
and the "customize window" will pop up. The 3d Traceroute icon will
be somewhere in the list, most of the time at the end. Drag it on your toolbar
and drop it where you want it to be.
The plugin needs Javascript and Java.
